meadow, meadow, meadow
3 fragile, intimate meadows form a landscape where vocal and visual events move forward in slow moving destruction.
The first meadow consists of an ensemble floating in space illuminated by iridescent windows.
The second meadow is a murderous affair with the slow violence of the Anthropocene, amid cut flowers and the debris of urban liminal space.
The final meadow is a meditative farewell as the ensemble ebb and flow, a micro dance for the end of times heralded by a single trumpet somewhere in the distance.
"Arguably the closest thing one can get to a visit to Andy Warhol’s The Factory...like a tornado crossed the stage and left a sea of plastic garbage and wilted flowers.” - Isabella Rothberg HBL
